A state exam stands between you and the job. We hand you the study plan and walk you to test day. Most people are licensed within weeks.

Daily coaching, call reviews, role play that stings a little. You will be bad before you are good. Everyone was. Stay coachable and it goes fast.

Do I need experience or a degree?+
Neither. We have turned servers, gym rats, and burned out W2 employees into producers. What we cannot train is work ethic and coachability, which is why the application asks about those instead of your resume.
How do I get licensed?+
Each state runs a life insurance exam. We give you the study plan and support to pass it. Most people study for a couple of weeks. The exam and licensing fees are set by your state, typically a few hundred dollars total.
Is it commission only?+
Yes. 1099, commission, uncapped. We say that in the open because the people we want read that sentence and lean in. If a guaranteed hourly rate is what you need right now, that is a fair choice, and this is not your seat.
Where do the leads come from?+
The organization sources families who have already asked about life insurance coverage. Your job is the appointment, not hunting names. You will never be told to make a list of friends and family.
Can I do this from anywhere?+
Sales run virtual first, over the phone and by video, so you can produce from anywhere in the country once you are licensed in the right states.
Prove it.
The form is the first test. Lazy answers get lazy silence.
We read every application ourselves. If it is a fit, expect a call or a text within a couple of days. If not, no hard feelings, the door does not lock behind you.
